You're Still The One
Wow! Fourteen years...I'm almost at a loss for words, almost. We've learned, we've grown and we've been together through it all. I have so much fun when I'm with you and you always make me laugh (even when you're not trying - which is all the more funny:) I have to admit, at times we've been put through the "ringer," but it's those sweet, little everyday moments that make it so clear to me that this is right - always, forever, no matter what. We've created such a beautiful family and I couldn't ask for anything more. You'll always be the one for me, look how far we've come. Thanks for everything, Honey. I love you!

...ya know, in 14 years you've never (maybe once) seen me cry...I seriously got watery eyes reading this. Yeah, tears of joy, love, gratitude and other funny feelings I don't have words for, (and not perverted ones). You have never really expressed publicly your feelings about me. It is me that is "almost" speechless. I don't think you will realize how this makes me feel.....I honestly try hard to be the husband and father you want and need. I am sorry you have had to put up with my many imperfections and mistakes. You are right, I don't do mushy, but I am trying.........I am so happy to be married to you. I am in love with you. I don't know what I would do without you. You know you could ask for more.....and you probably will, but I will do everything I can to keep you feeling the way you do today. I love you, Darren

BTW I think it's funny that you said you edited the picture because all I could think of was there are two long haired hippy chics in horrible 90's church dresses in front of you blocking my view. :) Congrats on 14 years - now leave this up for an ENTIRE week k?
yeah - about Darren reading my blog - I called him about it, told him the web address and made him promise to make a comment or to not even bother coming home - romantic, I know.
