The glass is always half full.
Well we've been on summer mode for a little over 3 weeks now and I've been wondering how the kids have enjoyed their summer so far. I thought I was doing pretty good in the entertainment department with all the swimming, movie watching and playing we've been doing. That is until I overheard Evan today. He started screaming with excitement for Ryann..."Ryan, Ryann. Come here. Come here. This is sooo cool..."again "Ryann, Ryann". He was so excited that even I had to come and take a look. As Ryann approached he threw his hands up in the air and shouted "Lucy got new dog food!" and with that they both looked into the bowl at all the new colored crunchies. Ryann then runs out "Lucy got new food! Lucy got new food!" I started to laugh at how cute it was until I realized how boring our house had to be for this to be such a big highlight.

haha... em, that is really funny! I am glad to see that they get excited for Lucy... I know Lucy was just as excited as Evan (she just couldn't put it into words). Your house is never boring... you have 4 kids, Darren, Lucy and Dad!!! Don't forget that... cause this will be like that for the whole summer!!!!
Evan looks so big and more and more like Jacob. It's freaky. What a cutie pie. Hey Em, I'm working on some baby boy shower invites. have you seen any cute ones lately? Or even just a cute saying?
