Back To Life, Back To Reality

Well, as most of you know our house hunt was put on hold while we waited to hear about a job that could possibly take us out of state. Because school is starting soon and no decisions have been made we decided to go ahead and find a house here in Utah - yea!!! Our first night back we looked at several houses and ended up putting offers in on two of them. Because they are both short sales we won't hear back for a little while so we're moving ahead. We told our agent that we were in full speed ahead mode and so two days later we looked at a few more houses and put an offer on 1 more. For those of you that are keeping track - that's 3 offers in 3 days!!! Darren emailed our agent with more listings and we'll probably go out looking again today and tomorrow - we aren't messing around. My hope is that with enough offers out there we should at least have a contract in the works before school starts. It's all I'm doing at the present moment so I'll let you know what happens, and it better happen soon:)
