Hmm...What's new?

I've been neglecting my blog for a while now, not because there's nothing new ...there's simply too much craziness going on in our family. I thought living at my parents house would be kind of like a little vacation from my hectic life but I'm finding not only do I not have extra time to catch up on all my projects, but my schedule is more hectic and crazy. The commute to the kids school 3 times a day means that Ryann and I basically live in the car and on Tuesday's and Thursday's with play practice and now spring soccer practice I pretty much take bathroom breaks only. We have a DVD player in the car so Ryann doesn't mind the driving around so much but because I can't find any of the kids' DVD's since the move we've been listening to Barbie's princess and the Pauper nonstop. Ryann loves it but the rest of us are about to go crazy.
I had my 34th birthday a couple of weeks ago and had a fabulous time celebrating with my friends Shyloh and Heidi. My brother Paul called to remind me that I have left my early thirties and am now in my mid-thirties...thanks:) I am starting to feel older now, something that's never bothered me in the past, but I'm accepting my age and fighting it at the same time. I'll take the wisdom. grace and understanding that comes with getting older, but no thanks to the wrinkles, gray hair and saggy skin. No luck on the home search as of yet, Darren is starting to realize that he has to lower his expectations just a little when looking for our next house. We're getting closer to being on the same page as far as what type of house we want next - so that's a step in the right direction. Life is good and I'm managing to keep pretty busy - what else is new?
